  • Program Cancetions: For multi-session programs or workshops, if you choose to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund.

Exceptions

Please note following exceptions our refund policy:

  • Completed Services: Refunds are not available for services that have been fully completed and delivered.

     

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of a program or workshop may not be eligible for a full refund.

     

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.
